Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2026. We’ve kept this short and plain — no legal jargon, just what you need to know.
1. What We Collect
We use Vercel Analytics to understand which pages are visited. This collects anonymous, aggregated page-view data — no personally identifiable information (PII), no user IDs, no IP addresses stored.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any behavioural ad-tracking. We do not currently require user accounts, so we hold no account data. We set only functional cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to operate (theme preference, etc.) — no tracking cookies.
2. Client-Side Tools
The majority of our tools run entirely in your browser: text tools, generators, converters, keyword density checker, SERP preview, schema generator, and more. When you use these tools, the data you enter (your text, your URLs, your content) is processed locally by JavaScript on your device. Nothing is transmitted to our servers. We never see what you type.
3. Server-Side Tools
Some tools need to fetch live data — for example: Website Speed Test, Meta Tag Analyzer, SSL Checker, Broken Link Checker, and Core Web Vitals Checker. When you use these, the URL you enter is sent to our API server, which then fetches the target URL on your behalf.
We do not log the URLsyou analyze, and results are not stored after the response is returned to your browser. Requests pass through Vercel’s edge network and are not retained.
4. Contact Form
If you submit the free audit request form or contact us through the site, we receive your name, email address, website URL, and message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list without explicit opt-in, and we do not share your details with third parties.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Vercel— hosting and edge network. Your requests are processed by Vercel’s infrastructure. See Vercel’s Privacy Policy.
- Vercel Analytics — anonymous, aggregated usage data. No cookies, no PII. See Vercel Analytics Privacy.
6. Your Rights
If you have submitted a contact form and would like us to delete your data, email info@freeseotools.io and we will remove it promptly. Because we don’t collect account data or store analytics at the user level, there is generally no personal data to access or export beyond contact form submissions.
7. Changes to This Policy
If our data practices change materially, we will update this page and revise the “last updated” date at the top. For significant changes we will post a notice on the homepage. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
